Every minute of media Prism takes in and processes, whether you upload it or pull it from a provider. Each asset counts once, however many projects use it.

Minutes out.

Every minute of video Prism builds, counted each time a build finishes. Rebuild a video and it counts again. Rendering, exporting and downloading cost nothing.

Top up any time.

Buy more credits whenever you need them, at the rate shown on your plan.

Pro is designed for individual journalists and small desks. Team adds shared projects, team roles and priority support for newsrooms producing every day. Enterprise brings integrations and dedicated support for organizations with their own media stack.
Credits are your prepaid balance for the media Prism takes in and the videos it builds. Rendering, exporting and downloading do not spend credits. Your plan includes a monthly allowance, and you can buy more at the rate shown on your plan.
Prism includes search across licensed media providers. Access to search does not include the rights to use every asset. Your use of source material remains subject to the relevant provider licenses and terms.
You can cancel in account settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal, and access continues through the current paid billing period. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
Enterprise supports media asset management integrations and API access. Talk to our team about your source libraries, production workflow and integration requirements.
